Vase balustre chinoiserie rose, poignées pêches, style Staffordshire Angleterre
Vase décoratif en céramique à décor de chinoiserie rouge sur fond blanc, travail anglais dans le goût des productions de Staffordshire/United Wilson, ancien fin XIXe début XXe siècle années 1890-1920. Forme balustre à base et col rectangulaires, corps pansu animé d’un décor de paysage lacustre avec personnages et végétation, traité en transfert rose foncé rehaussé à la main sur la glaçure.Les prises latérales en relief figurent des branches feuillagées avec pêches stylisées. Marque au pinceau sous la base à identifier, probablement marque d’atelier.
Hauteur 25,5cm, largeur max 16cm, profondeur 11-12cm. Très bel état général, à signaler une craquelure de cuisson sur une feuille d’une poignée ainsi que quelques autres discrètes, d'origine. Légère patine surtout au niveau du goulot et rebord de celui-ci, discrète et en harmonie avec le style et l'age de l'objet. Environ 1,2 kg.

A decorative ceramic vase with red chinoiserie decoration on a white ground, English work in the style of Staffordshire/United Wilson productions, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century (1890-1920). Baluster-shaped with a rectangular base and neck, the bulbous body is decorated with a lakeside landscape featuring figures and vegetation, executed in a dark pink transfer glaze, hand-highlighted over the glaze. The raised side handles depict leafy branches with stylized peaches. A brush mark under the base remains to be identified, likely a workshop mark.
Height 25.5 cm, maximum width 16 cm, depth 11-12 cm. In very good overall condition, with a firing crack on one leaf of a handle and a few other discreet, original cracks. A light patina, mainly on the neck and rim, is subtle and in keeping with the style and age of the piece. Approximately 1.2 kg.
