Théière en grès émaillé Jean-Pierre Prud’homme La Borne années 60
Jolie théière vintage en grès émaillé signée JP sous la base, Jean-Pierre Prud’Homme, actif à La Borne dans les années 1960-1970. Forme basse et arrondie d’inspiration japonisante, typique des productions de cette période, avec bec verseur court, anse ruban et filtre intégré directement dans la pâte. Émail beige moucheté aux nuances brunes, verte, orangées...
Environ 25cm de longueur max bec+anse, 16cm de diamètre, 12,5cm de hauteur avec le couvercle, 10cm sans. Bon état général avec quelques petites puces très discrètes, deux sur le rebord intérieur du couvercle, trois sur le col de l'ouverture, cachés une fois fermée, un éclat petit éclat légèrement plus visible d’environ 5mm à l’intérieur du bec. Environ 900gr.

A lovely vintage stoneware teapot, signed JP on the base, for Jean-Pierre Prud’Homme, who was active in La Borne during the 1960s and 70s. Its low, rounded shape is inspired by Japanese design, typical of teapots from this period, with a short spout, ribbon handle, and filter integrated directly into the clay. The beige glaze is speckled with brown, green, and orange hues.
Approximately 25cm long (including handle), 16cm in diameter, 12.5cm high with the lid, 10cm without. In good overall condition with a few very discreet chips: two on the inside rim of the lid, three on the neck of the opening (hidden when closed), and a slightly more visible chip of about 5mm inside the spout. Approximately 900g.
