Terrine vintage trompe-l’œil aux œufs en faïence blanche, années 1960-1980

Très jolie petite terrine en faïence blanche émaillée, non marquée, à couvercle trompe-l’œil décoré d’un amas d’œufs. Vintage des années 1960-1980. Forme ovale à deux prises latérales, le corps moulé imitant un panier tressé et le couvercle présentant plusieurs œufs en relief, pour un ensemble à la fois décoratif, amusant et très charmant. Belle pièce de table pouvant également être utilisée comme contenant décoratif en cuisine ou sur un buffet.

20,5cm de longueur, 13,8cm de largeur max, 7,5cm de hauteur sans couvercle, 15,5cm de hauteur max avec couvercle. Bel état général. Le bas présente malheureusement deux éclats sur un côté, assez visibles, sans autre défaut notable. 710gr.

Very pretty small terrine in white glazed earthenware, unmarked, with a trompe-l’œil lid decorated with a cluster of eggs. Vintage, circa 1960s-1980s. Oval form with two side handles, the body moulded to imitate a woven basket and the lid decorated with several raised eggs, creating a charming and playful decorative effect. A lovely table piece that can also be used as a decorative container in a kitchen or on a sideboard.

20.5cm long, 13.8cm max width, 7.5cm high without the lid, 15.5cm max height with the lid. Good overall condition. Unfortunately, the lower part has two chips on one side, quite visible, with no other significant issues. 710gr.
