Service à poisson Rodgers Sheffield métal argenté ivorine vintage

Ensemble de douze couverts à poisson comprenant six fourchettes et six couteaux, par Joseph Rodgers & Sons Limited, Sheffield, Angleterre. Production du milieu du XXe siècle, probablement années 1930 à 1950. Modèle en métal argenté (EP) avec manches en ivorine de teinte crème, présenté dans sa boîte d’origine en carton bleu. Ensemble poinçonné Rodgers England.
 
Longueur des couteaux 20cm, fourchettes 17cm. État d’usage avec rayures superficielles liées au nettoyage, usure des motifs décoratifs (dont un couteau très atténué), léger jeu entre manches et parties métalliques sur certains éléments. Boîte d’origine usée. Environ 600gr pour l'ensemble.

A set of twelve fish cutlery pieces, comprising six forks and six knives, by Joseph Rodgers & Sons Limited, Sheffield, England. Mid-20th century production, likely from the 1930s to 1950s. Silver-plated metal (EP) with cream-colored ivorine handles, presented in its original blue cardboard box. The set is hallmarked Rodgers England. 
 
Knives are 20 cm long, forks 17 cm. The set is in used condition with superficial scratches from cleaning, wear to the decorative motifs (one knife is very worn), and slight play between the handles and metal parts on some pieces. The original box is worn. The set weighs approximately 600 grams.
