Saucière ancienne Longwy faïence terre de fer fin XIXe-début XXe

Jolie saucière ancienne en terre de fer de la manufacture de Longwy, ancienne fin XIXe début XXe, 1880-1910. coupelle intégrée, décor bleu foncé fleurs et plantes, liserons, coquelicots, asperges, salsepareille... Et couple d’oiseaux. Forme élégante, avec de belles anses latérales ornées et peintes à la main de liserés et de feuillages stylisés. Estampillée sous la base Longwy avec mention R O et numérotation RO 7.87.
 
La saucière mesure environ 20,5cm de longueur pour 11cm de largeur, la coupelle environ 27cm de longueur pour 16cm de largeur, hauteur totale environ 10cm. Bel état général pour une pièce de cet âge, avec toutefois un éclat ancien à chacune des extrémités de la saucière ainsi qu’un petit éclat sur le haut d’une des deux anses, légère patine naturelle, quelques taches, usures d’usage. Environ 700gr.

A lovely antique ironstone gravy boat from the Longwy factory, dating from the late 19th or early 20th century (1880-1910). It features an integrated saucer decorated in dark blue with flowers and plants, including bindweed, poppies, asparagus, sarsaparilla, and a pair of birds. The elegant shape is complemented by beautiful, hand-painted side handles adorned with stylized borders and foliage. It is stamped on the base with "Longwy" and the number RO 7.87. 
 
The gravy boat measures approximately 20.5 cm long by 11 cm wide, the saucer approximately 27 cm long by 16 cm wide, and the total height is approximately 10 cm. It is in good overall condition for a piece of this age, although it has an old chip on each end of the gravy boat and a small chip on the top of one of the handles. There is a light natural patina, some stains, and signs of wear consistent with age. It weighs approximately 700 grams.
