Rare présentoire en métal argenté ancien 1900-1915 orfèvrerie Thouret
Rare, magnifique présentoir à condiments ou à coquetiers ancien, circa 1900-1915, Art Nouveau en métal argenté, production française poinçonnée THOURET. Modèle à base carrée, reposant sur quatre pieds, présentant une composition originale de quatre emplacements ronds principaux accompagnés de quatre logements secondaires de plus petit diamètre. Il porte plusieurs poinçons dont le poinçon de maître encadré "A T", une ancre et une étoile, un poinçon 14 correspondant à l’indice de qualité de l’argenture, ainsi qu’un numéro 20974, indiquant un modèle ou une production suivie.
15x15cm de coté, pour une hauteur d’environ 23,5cm, grands emplacements 5,6-5,7cm de diamètres, 2 petits emplacements 1,8cm de diamètre, 2 emplacements plus petits 1,5cm de diamètre. Bel état. Ancien, nettoyé mais conserve une certaine patine. Le métal argenté présente une usure naturelle, rares usures laissant apparaître par endroits le métal sous-jacent, cuivre ou laiton, notamment sur certaines arêtes, discret, ainsi que quelques taches, petites oxydations et rayures anciennes liées aux nettoyages successifs. L’ensemble est légèrement bancal sur un pied. Le support est dévissable par le dessous. Assez lourd, environ 400-500gr.

Rare and magnificent antique condiment or egg cup stand, circa 1900-1915, Art Nouveau silver-plated metal, French production hallmarked THOURET. The square-based model, resting on four feet, features an original design with four main round compartments and four smaller secondary compartments. It bears several hallmarks, including the framed maker's mark "A T", an anchor and a star, a hallmark number 14 corresponding to the silver plating quality index, and the number 20974, indicating a model or a production run.
15x15cm square, approximately 23.5cm high, with large compartments 5.6-5.7cm in diameter, two small compartments 1.8cm in diameter, and two smaller compartments 1.5cm in diameter. In good condition. Antique, cleaned but retains a certain patina. The silver-plated metal shows natural wear, with occasional wear revealing the underlying metal, copper or brass, particularly on some edges. There are also a few stains, small oxidations, and old scratches from repeated cleanings. The piece is slightly wobbly on one foot. The base can be unscrewed from underneath. Quite heavy, approximately 400-500g.
