Superbe grand compotier ancien en Terre de Fer de la faïencerie Longchamp, modèle "Pâquerettes" polychrome, très rare, ancien fin XIXe début XXe circa années 1890-1910. Magnifique décor Art nouveau romantique, bucolique, de pâquerettes, de feuillages, graminées et rinceaux en transfert rose foncé, délicatement rehaussé à la main de tons rose fuchsia, mauve, vert nuancé, jaune et brun. Le rebord légèrement dentelé et le piedouche sobre mettent en valeur l'élégance du décor intérieur et extérieur.
25,5cm de diamètre, 13,5cm de hauteur, 11cm de diamètre pour le pied et environ 6,5cm de profondeur de coupe. État exceptionnel, proche du neuf pour une pièce de cet âge. Quelques légères rayures d'usage intérieur, 1 petit défaut de fabrication sur rebord et petit grain en relief au centre, très discret. Environ 1kg.

A superb antique *Terre de Fer* (fine earthenware) compote dish from the Longchamp factory, featuring the very rare polychrome "Pâquerettes" (Daisy) pattern; dating from the late 19th to early 20th century (circa 1890–1910). It boasts a magnificent, romantic, and bucolic Art Nouveau design of daisies, foliage, grasses, and scrollwork in dark pink transfer print, delicately hand-painted with shades of fuchsia pink, mauve, nuanced green, yellow, and brown. The gently scalloped rim and understated pedestal base highlight the elegance of the pattern adorning both the interior and exterior.
Dimensions: 25.5 cm in diameter, 13.5 cm in height, 11 cm base diameter, and a bowl depth of approximately 6.5 cm. Exceptional condition—near-mint for a piece of this age. There are a few light scratches on the interior from use, one minor manufacturing flaw on the rim, and a tiny raised speck in the center (very inconspicuous). Weight: approximately 1 kg.
