Plat creux ancien Longchamp Marguerites en terre de fer polychrome
Magnifique et rare grand plat creux ancien en Terre de Fer de la manufacture/faïencerie Longchamp, modèle "Marguerites" dans un style Art Nouveau, ancien fin XIXe début XXe, circa années 1890-1910. Magnifique décor floral naturaliste de grandes marguerites, bleuets, graminées et feuillages imprimé en sépia puis délicatement rehaussé à la main de tons jaune, bleu, vert et brun. Le rebord légèrement polylobé est souligné d'un fin double liseré framboise et noir.
29cm de diamètre et 4cm de hauteur. Très bel état général pour son âge, on notera simplement quelques très légères et discrètes traces de couverts dans le fond ainsi qu'un infime saut d'émail sur le rebord, très peu visible. Environ 700gr.

A magnificent and rare, large, deep antique *Terre de Fer* serving dish from the Longchamp pottery works, featuring the "Marguerites" (Daisies) pattern in an Art Nouveau style; dating from the late 19th or early 20th century (circa 1890–1910). It showcases a beautiful, naturalistic floral design—depicting large daisies, cornflowers, grasses, and foliage—printed in sepia and then delicately hand-painted with yellow, blue, green, and brown accents. The slightly scalloped rim is defined by a fine double border in raspberry and black.
Measures 29 cm in diameter and 4 cm in height. In excellent overall condition for its age; there are only a few very faint, subtle utensil marks on the base and a tiny, barely noticeable chip in the glaze on the rim. Weight: approximately 700 g.
