Très beau pichet en grès artisanal, tourné main, émaillé façon majolique, émail blanc laiteux laissant transparaître la céramique rouille/marron foncé, motifs floraux bleu foncé, vert menthe, brun noir... Jolie forme corps cylindrique avec goulot boule rainuré, belle poignée massive et petit bec. Vintage, style typique des années 70", production de Vallauris non signée, attribuable à Boris Kasianoff, dans le goût des productions de l'époque de Albert Thiry, de l'atelier du Mûrier, Derval... 21cm de hauteur, 16cm de longueur max avec l'anse, 11,5cm de diamètre max. Très bel état, petit défaut d'émail sur le bas, sous la poignée, discret et très probablement d'origine. Environ 1,500kg.

A very beautiful handcrafted stoneware pitcher, hand-thrown and glazed in a majolica style with a milky white glaze that reveals the rust/dark brown ceramic beneath. It features floral motifs in dark blue, mint green, and blackish-brown. The pitcher has a lovely cylindrical shape with a grooved, rounded neck, a beautiful, solid handle, and a small spout. Vintage, in a style typical of the 1970s, this unsigned Vallauris production is attributable to Boris Kasianoff, in the style of the work of Albert Thiry from the Mûrier workshop in Derval. It measures 21cm in height, 16cm in maximum length including the handle, and 11.5cm in maximum diameter. In very good condition, with a small, discreet glaze flaw on the base, under the handle, which is very likely original. Approximately 1.5 kg.
