Pichet en faïence fine à décor bleu, att. Saint-Uze, XIXe siècle

Charmant pichet en faïence fine à pâte, probablement des ateliers de St Uze ancien, XIXe siècle années 1850-1870 . Forme pansue à anse latérale élégante, décoré de motifs floraux et trèfles bleu cobalt au tampon, sur un fond crème, craquelé par le temps, belle patine ancienne. Le rebord du goulot une usure, témoin de son usage.
 
Hauteur 16cm, largeur 16cm avec anse, diamètre max 12cm. Bon état général avec deux cheveux discrets au niveau du goulot, un défaut de fabrication ou usure au bas du corps, non fragilisant et discret, goulot usé dépoli et craquelures d'usage surtout sur le bas, patiné. Environ 700gr.

Charming fine earthenware pitcher, likely from the St. Uze workshops, dating from the 19th century (1850-1870). It has a bulbous shape with an elegant side handle, decorated with floral motifs and cobalt blue trefoils applied with a stamp on a cream background. The pitcher has developed a crackled patina with age. The rim of the neck shows some wear, indicating use. 
 
Height 16cm, width 16cm including handle, maximum diameter 12cm. Overall good condition with two discreet hairlines on the neck, a minor manufacturing flaw or wear on the base (not significant and discreet), a worn, slightly frosted neck, and some crazing, mainly at the base. It has a patina. Approximately 700g.
