Lampe ancienne au putto et dauphin en métal doré, circa 1930-1950
Rare très belle petite lampe ancienne en métal doré, figurant un putto marin assis sur un dauphin stylisé et tenant une longue hampe. Ancienne, probablement circa 1930-1950. Socle quadrangulaire mouluré et riche décor sculptural de style néoclassique, surmonté d’une tulipe en verre moulé transparent à décor floral et feuillagé en relief, légèrement plus récente. Douille à baïonnette, long fil électrique gainé de plastique doré avec interrupteur poussoir ancien, prise européenne plate. Provenance Europe sans informations précises.
24,5cm de haut pour le pied sans la douille, 37,5cm de haut max avec la tulipe, socle de 9,3cm de côté, environ 15cm de profondeur max et 10cm de largeur max. Très bel état général, avec quelques traces du temps : usures de la dorure sur le buste du putto laissant apparaître le métal sous-jacent argenté, rares petites tâches d'oxydations et légère patine poussiéreuse. La lampe fonctionne mais présente au démarrage un léger grésillement et des variations de luminosité, probablement dues à un faux contact au niveau de la douille ou de l’ampoule ; à réviser. Tulipe impeccable. Environ 2kg.

It features a molded square base and rich Neoclassical-style sculptural detailing, topped by a clear molded glass shade (tulip) with relief floral and foliate motifs—the shade is likely of a slightly later date. Equipped with a bayonet socket, a long gold-plastic-sheathed cord with an antique push-button switch, and a flat European plug. European provenance; no specific details available.
