Important plateau en faïence de Gien ancienne années 1875-1885 modèle Cachemire

Grand plateau de présentation/service, en faïence de Gien datant des débuts du célèbre décor Cachemire, cachet sous la base 1875-1976 probablement utilisé jusque dans les années 1880-1885. Elégante forme polylobée à larges poignées pleines relevées et un riche décor bleu en transfert  entièrement rehaussé à la main de rouge, vert et jaune. Le décor floral foisonnant encadre un important motif cachemire central dans le goût orientaliste. Il s'agit d'un des premiers exemplaires de ce modèle emblématique, réédité par la manufacture au cours du XXe siècle.
 
Longueur 52cm max avec poignées, largeur max 37,5cm, hauteur 4cm. Très bel état général pour son âge avec un fin craquelage naturel de l'émail, une légère patine brunie principalement localisée sur un côté ainsi que quelques traces du temps. On notera trois petits défauts de fabrication d'origine : une petite réserve d'émail près d'une poignée et deux discrètes craquelures de cuisson situées dans le pli de deux lobes. Environ 2-3 kg.

Large Gien faience serving/presentation tray dating from the early days of the famous Kashmir pattern, stamped on the base 1875-1876, likely used until around 1880-1885. Elegant polylobed shape with wide, raised handles and a rich blue transfer decoration entirely hand-embellished in red, green, and yellow. The abundant floral motif frames a prominent central Kashmir pattern in the Orientalist style. This is one of the earliest examples of this iconic model, reissued by the Gien factory during the 20th century. 
 
Maximum length 52cm including handles, maximum width 37.5cm, height 4cm. In very good overall condition for its age, with fine natural crazing of the glaze, a light burnished patina mainly on one side, and some minor signs of age. Three minor manufacturing flaws should be noted: a small area of ​​enamel near one handle and two discreet firing cracks located in the fold of two lobes. Approximately 2-3 kg.
