Grande coupe en bois d'olivier tourné monoxyle, années 1950-1970

Belle grande coupe vintage en bois d'olivier massif tournée dans une seule pièce de bois, monoxyle, circa années 1950-1970. Beau travail artisanal aux généreuses proportions, présentant un superbe veinage naturel mêlant des nuances blondes, miel et brun foncé. Non vernis, bois nourrit, huilé, avec des zones naturellement plus ou moins satinées. Une pièce à la fois rustique et brutaliste, idéale en coupe à fruits, centre de table ou simple objet décoratif.
 
27cm de long, 24cm de large et 10-10,5cm de hauteur. Bel état général avec patine d'usage, on note quelques légères marques du temps ainsi qu'un discret craquement naturel du bois sur un côté, stable et sans incidence sur la solidité. Environ 1,5kg.

It showcases fine craftsmanship and generous proportions, featuring stunning natural grain patterns that blend blonde, honey, and dark brown hues. The wood is untreated with varnish; instead, it is nourished and oiled, resulting in areas with varying degrees of natural satin sheen. A piece that is both rustic and Brutalist in style—ideal as a fruit bowl, a centerpiece, or simply a decorative object. 
 
Dimensions: 27 cm long, 24 cm wide, and 10–10.5 cm high. In good overall condition with a patina from use; there are a few minor signs of age and a discreet, natural wood crack on one side—this is stable and does not affect structural integrity. Weight: approximately 1.5 kg.
