Grande coquille d’ormeau nacre abalone polie, objet de curiosité, vintage XXe

Belle et grande coquille d’ormeau naturelle, Haliotis Midae gris, polie, vintge milieu XXe siècle années 60-70, présentant une surface extérieure lustrée aux nuances gris, beige et nacrées, et un intérieur irisé nacre abalone aux reflets changeants verts, violets et arc en ciel. Pièce décorative de curiosité pouvant servir d’objet décoratif, vide-poche ou élément de collection.
 
16cm de longueur, 12cm de largeur et 6,3cm de hauteur. Très bon état général, on signale deux anciens trous sur le rebord ayant été visiblement rebouchés à la résine, d'origine, discrets et sans incidence sur la solidité ni la présentation. Environ 200gr.

Beautiful and large natural abalone shell, grey Haliotis Midae, polished, vintage mid-20th century (1960s-70s), with a lustrous exterior in shades of gray, beige, and pearl, and an iridescent abalone interior with shimmering green, purple, and rainbow reflections. A decorative curiosity that can be used as a decorative object, trinket dish, or collector's item. 
 
16cm long, 12cm wide, and 6.3cm high. Very good overall condition. There are two old holes on the rim that have been visibly filled with resin; these are original, discreet, and do not affect the shell's strength or appearance. Approximately 200g.
