Le tableau illustre la façade d'une élégante villa nommée « Villa Camille » dans le cadre d’un joli jardin fleuri. Signé M. Lesoll en bas à droite. Peinture de belle qualité, travail minutieux sur l’architecture et les détails. Il s'agit probablement d'une commande de tableau souvenir auprès d'un peintre local ou amateur talentueux.
Grandes dimensions, toile 48x36cm, encadrement 60x52cm, 3,5cm d'épaisseur. Bel état général, quelques usures de la peinture et une retouche discrète sur le coté droit dans la hauteur, quelques défauts sur le cadre, stucs légèrement endommagés, et patine du temps, ensemble harmonieux néanmoins. Environ 1kg.
