Ensemble d'assiettes, Artichautières, barbotine jaune moutarde Gien vintage

Ensemble d’assiettes à artichauts ou à crudités, parfait pour un buffet apéritif, de la manufacture Gien, estampillées aux dos. Vintages circa 1950–1970, en faïence barbotine moulée. Modèle à compartiments, composé d’un grand compartiment, d’un compartiment latéral plus petit et d’un compartiment central circulaire. Décor en relief de feuilles et motifs végétaux, souligné par une belle glaçure jaune moutarde foncé.

23 cm de diamètre pour 2cm de hauteur. Très bel état général. Présence de craquelures naturelles du glaçage, quelques très légers défauts de fabrication d’origine, et une petite puce discrète au centre sur l’une des assiettes, peu visible. Environ 450gr pièce.

A set of artichoke or crudité plates, perfect for an appetizer buffet, from the Gien factory, stamped on the back. Vintage circa 1950–1970, made of molded slipware. A compartmentalized design, comprising a large compartment, a smaller side compartment, and a central circular compartment. Decorated in relief with leaves and plant motifs, highlighted by a beautiful dark mustard yellow glaze. 
 
23 cm in diameter and 2 cm high. Very good overall condition. There are some natural crazing marks in the glaze, a few very minor original manufacturing flaws, and a small, discreet chip in the center of one of the plates, barely visible. Approximately 450g each.
