Cruche ancienne XIXe-XXe grès de Puisaye artisanal vernissée

Très jolie petite cruche ancienne fin XIXe début XXe, artisanat français grès de Puisaye, tourné main. Goulot et poignée vernissé à la cendre, de brun foncé, coulures à l'arrière et gouttes à l'avant. Corps brut dans des tons naturels bruns et gris, simplement vernissé. Corps pansu et petit goulot court en trompette avec bec court, jolie anse fine sur le haut.
 
Environ 23cm de hauteur max pour 15cm de diamètre au plus large. Etat général d'usage, nombreuses traces du temps, traces de frottements, petits éclats sur le corps, le goulot/bec et la base, quelques rayures également, ensemble relativement harmonieux correspondant à son âge. On notera l'emprunte du pouce du céramiste enfoncée en creux dans la base, témoin supplémentaire de sa fabrication artisanale. Environ 900gr.

Very pretty little antique jug from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, French craftsmanship, Puisaye stoneware, hand-turned. Neck and handle glazed with ash, dark brown, drips at the back and drops at the front. Raw body in natural brown and gray tones, simply glazed. Pot-bellied body and small short trumpet-shaped neck with short spout, pretty thin handle on the top.
 
Approximately 23cm in maximum height and 15cm in diameter at the widest point. General condition of use, numerous traces of time, traces of rubbing, small chips on the body, the neck/spout and the base, some scratches as well, relatively harmonious whole corresponding to its age. Note the imprint of the ceramist's thumb pressed into the base, further evidence of its artisanal manufacture. Approximately 900gr.
