Compotier ancien modèle "Marrons" faïence de Longchamp terre de fer polychrome
Charmant compotier ancien en faïence fine terre de fer modèle "Marrons" de la manufacture de Longchamp, production française du début du XXe siècle, circa 1910-1930. Polychrome transferts colorés main de jolis motifs de feuilles de marronnier, bogues et marrons dans des tons noir, marron et vert, à l'intérieur, au revers et sur le pied, dans un style Art nouveau.
Hauteur 11cm, diamètre de la coupe 23cm. L’ensemble est en très bel état général, la faïence est légèrement patinée couleur crème/ivoire, et présente un craquelage naturel du vernis lié à l’âge. On notera simplement un cheveu traversant mais discret sur le rebord. Environ 450 g.

Charming antique earthenware compote dish in the "Marrons" pattern from the Longchamp factory, a French production from the early 20th century, circa 1910-1930. Polychrome hand-painted transfers of pretty chestnut leaves, husks, and chestnuts in shades of black, brown, and green adorn the interior, the reverse, and the base, in an Art Nouveau style.
Height 11 cm, diameter of the bowl 23 cm. The piece is in very good overall condition; the earthenware has a light cream/ivory patina and exhibits natural crazing of the glaze due to age. There is a small, discreet hairline crack on the rim. Approximately 450 g.
