Carafe vintage Waterford Crystal Maeve/Tramore en cristal taillé, Irlande
Très belle carafe en cristal taillé de la maison Waterford Crystal, modèle Maeve/Tramore, fabrication irlandaise. Vintage, modèle produit à partir des années 1970; le décor Maeve est répertorié à partir de 1976. Très belle qualité de cristal, épais, lourd et particulièrement lumineux, à décor taillé alternant larges côtes verticales, pointes et croisillons en losanges. Base épaisse taillée, épaulement travaillé en longues facettes rayonnantes et bouchon massif assorti.
33cm de haut avec le bouchon, 27cm sans, environ 12-13cm de diamètre max. Très bel état général. On note une micro-puce sur une arête du bouchon accompagnée d'une petite rayure très discrète, un petit éclat à la base du bouchon invisible lorsqu'il est en place, une petite puce très discrète sur le rebord du goulot, une très légère usure intérieure du goulot au contact du bouchon, ainsi qu'un léger dépôt au fond non gênant car visible par dessous. Environ 1kg.

A beautiful cut-crystal decanter by Waterford Crystal (Irish-made), in the Maeve/Tramore pattern. This is a vintage piece; the model was produced from the 1970s onwards, with the Maeve design first recorded in 1976. It features high-quality crystal—thick, heavy, and exceptionally brilliant—decorated with alternating wide vertical ribs, points, and diamond cross-hatching. Details include a thick cut base, a shoulder featuring long radiating facets, and a matching solid stopper.
Dimensions: 33 cm high with the stopper (27 cm without); maximum diameter of approximately 12–13 cm. Overall condition is excellent. Noted imperfections include a tiny chip on one edge of the stopper accompanied by a very faint scratch; a small flake at the base of the stopper (invisible when in place); a very discreet tiny chip on the rim of the neck; slight interior wear on the neck where it meets the stopper; and a light deposit at the bottom (which is unobtrusive as it is visible only from underneath). Weight: approximately 1 kg.
