Assiette barbotine crabe trompe-l’œil Caldas da Rainha Portugal vintage

Belle assiette en faïence barbotine à décor en relief représentant une araignée de mer en trompe-l’œil, production de Caldas da Rainha au Portugal, travail vintage du milieu du XXe siècle, années 60-70. Décor très expressif et naturaliste avec coquillages, algues et fond texturé, dans une polychromie riche typique de cette manufacture, dans l’esprit des productions de Bordallo Pinheiro.
 
Diamètre 25cm, hauteur environ 7cm. Très bel état général, à signaler un petit saut d’émail discret sur un coquillage à l’avant ainsi qu’un petit éclat sur un élément à l’arrière, discret également. Environ 1,5kg.

Beautiful earthenware plate with a trompe-l'œil relief decoration of a spider crab, produced in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal. A vintage piece from the mid-20th century, 1960s-70s. The decoration is very expressive and naturalistic, featuring seashells, seaweed, and a textured background, in a rich polychromy typical of this manufacturer, reminiscent of Bordallo Pinheiro's work. 
 
Diameter 25cm, height approximately 7cm. In very good overall condition, with a small, discreet chip in the glaze on one of the seashells at the front and a small, discreet chip on one element at the back. Approximately 1.5kg.
